Virtual Intro to Meditation

The practice of meditation, an ancient art, is deeply rooted in the lives of sages and saints, and leads one on the path towards the blissful state of self-realization. Such a consciousness liberates a person from worries and anxieties, leading them on the path towards deeper states of happiness and inner peace. Meditation is a potent tool against anxiety and depression, and it paves the way for genuine, inner spiritual fulfilment. The key is in the consistency of practice. By dedicating the first 15 minutes of your day to meditation everyday, over time you’ll notice an improvement in the flow of your entire day.

In this virtual session, you’ll learn three simple yet effective meditation techniques you can practice anywhere, anytime. Upholding the values of ancient yoga traditions, all our meditation classes are available free of charge.

This is a virtual introductory meditation class for those who cannot attend in person.
