Come and join us for a wonderful evening of yoga, kirtan and complementary vegan dinner!
First we stretch every part of our bodies with gentle yoga stretches. Then we engage in an ancient yoga process known as kirtan which is the singing of transcendental sounds known as mantras. Hearing and repeating these sacred sounds brings us to a peaceful place where there is no anxiety, and gives us a deeper sense of well-being.
