PLEASE NOTE: Attending the hatha yoga class is optional. You are welcome to arrive at 4:00 p.m. for the meditation & vegetarian meal portion of the event.

2:30 PM – 3:45 PM ALL LEVELS HATHA YOGA CLASS (bring your own mat)
Begin your relaxing afternoon with the all-levels Hatha Yoga class with our qualified instructor Gwen. This is sure to relieve your body from tension and stress. This class is optional but encouraged. This class will either take place outside or inside, weather permitting.
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM MEDITATION
Join us in the practice of Kirtan meditation which is the perfect recipe for joy and peace. We all love music, and combining sacred mantras with music is the best meditation! This most joyous of meditation practices, especially recommended for this day and age, can ease your anxiety and quell your deepest fears. Kirtan transcends all languages, nationalities, and religious faiths. It is as universal as the sunrise.
5:00 PM – 6:00PM DINNER
Enjoy a delicious home-cooked vegetarian meal, that is sure to leave you feeling nourished and satisfied inside and out.

Unwind with a tranquil yoga session (please bring your own mat), followed by a meditation session which is sure to help clear your mind and promote inner peace. We’ll start with a deep breathing practice followed by Kirtan Meditation – which is the hearing and response of spiritual sounds, known as mantras. Afterward, indulge in a delicious home-cooked vegetarian meal with fellow participants, featuring healthy and nourishing dishes to complement your practice.
