Meditation is for Everyone

Whether you’re a student, a taxi driver, or a busy mom, meditation will help you to deal with life’s challenges in a positive way. This timeless art of meditation has been practiced since time immemorial. In our classes we will teach you a simple and effective form of yoga/meditation focusing on transcendental sounds known as mantras. The mantras have the positive effect of calming the mind, relieving it of stress and anxiety. This enables you to experience real happiness. Everyone is welcome to come! All of our classes are free!
