Vandana
Namaste, my name is Vandana dasi. I live in White Rock, British Columbia where I teach meditation classes. I have been practicing meditation for many years. Mantra meditation has helped me go through my everyday life with moments of tranquility and introspection, and most importantly, the understanding of who I am. Why am I here in this world? What is the purpose of life? Such knowledge that one may acquire through the regular practice of hearing and chanting transcendental sound vibration (mantra) is like a torch that has helped me to see clearly which direction to go.
I am forever grateful to a dear friend who taught me this process and I love to pass it onto others.
