Join us for our 9th annual Meditation Christmas Party.

It’s FREE and everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary. Come and celebrate with us the joy of Christmas.

• Inspiring Meditation & Kirtan (musical meditation)
• Talk on Christmas and Meditation
• Delicious Vegan Christmas Feast (We have the meal covered, no need to bring anything)

Free Event – Donations are gratefully accepted to cover some costs of the day. All leftover donations, after costs are covered, will go to buying vegan cookies as stocking stuffers for www.stuffinstockings.ca

Free parking in the lot across the street.

If you like to donate to The Fresh Food Program we are collecting the following items: Brown Rice, Dried Beans and Lentils. The Fresh Food Program is a volunteer-based program that distributes fresh, healthy food to those in need in Kitchener Waterloo.
