
South Surrey – Intro to Meditation Class
In this class, you will learn three methods of mantra meditation – Gauranga breathing, japa meditation (use of beads) and music meditation. Mantra meditation is the recommended meditation practice for the present age. It is simple, practical and enjoyable. It is applicable to beginners and to long time practitioners of yoga as well. After the meditation session, you will feel calm and rested. Come and experience the peace and joy this sublime practice brings.
