South Surrey – Intro to Meditation Class
In this class, you will learn three methods of mantra meditation – Gauranga breathing, japa meditation (use of beads) and music meditation. Mantra meditation is simple, practical and enjoyable. It is applicable for beginners and for long time practitioners of yoga as well. After the meditation session, you will feel calm and rested. Come and experience this sublime meditation practice.
