About Meditation:

Meditation is a potent tool against anxiety and depression, and it paves the way for genuine, inner spiritual fulfilment. The key is in the consistency of practice. By dedicating the first 15 minutes of your day to meditation everyday, over time you’ll notice an improvement in the flow of your entire day.
