Begin your relaxing afternoon with the all-levels Hatha Yoga class with our qualified instructor Gwen. This is sure to relieve your body from tension and stress.
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM KIRTAN & PHILOSOPHY
Join us in the practice of Kirtan meditation which is the perfect recipe for joy and peace. We all love music, and combining sacred mantras with music is the best meditation! This most joyous of meditation practices, especially recommended for this day and age, can ease your anxiety and quell your deepest fears. Kirtan transcends all languages, nationalities, and religious faiths. It is as universal as the sunrise. Followed by an enlightening lecture by Yoga Master Acharya das titled. “Material energy & Spiritual energy”
5:00 PM – 6:00PM VEGETARIAN MEAL
Enjoy a delicious home-cooked vegetarian meal, that is sure to leave you feeling nourished and satisfied inside and out.
