The Timeless Art of Meditation
We invite you to come to our free meditation classes. They will resume in the Fall. Everyone is welcome – beginner or long-time practitioner, young or old, student or businessperson. Meditation is for everyone. In our classes you will learn 3 very effective, simple, and enjoyable forms of meditation where we focus on ancient yoga sounds known as mantras. By practicing mantra meditation on a regular basis we can experience relief from stress and anxiety, a peaceful mind, and a happy heart. The benefits far exceed the small amount of time spent meditating. We look forward to seeing you soon!
