Stress Relief thru Restorative Meditation

In these classes we teach you three simple and enjoyable forms of meditation. We begin with a deep breathing meditation to relax the mind and body followed by an ancient form of yoga meditation known as japa meditation. This involves hearing and repeating sacred transcendental sounds known as mantras using beads. These mantras are all pure and all purifying. By focusing our minds on these mantras our everyday worries simply melt away and we begin to experience real happiness and satisfaction.

All of our classes are free. Everyone is welcome, beginners and long-time practitioners alike.
