Yoga/Meditation Class – Tuesday Evenings

Most people think of yoga as a series of exercises but yoga is so much more than that. Yoga meditation gradually peals away illusion so we can experience our true nature which is full of love. Experience this yourself. These classes begin with a few tension relieving stretches followed by deep breathing exercises with meditation. All are welcome and our classes are all free.
