Meditation Class
Namaste!
Come and join us for a wonderful evening of hearing and chanting sacred mantras. Experience a moment of peace, relief from stress and anxiety of the mind and body and rest in a deeper sense of well-being.
Classes take place on the 3rd Monday of each month.
During the class you will learn three methods of mantra meditation – Gauranga Breathing, Japa meditation (with the use of beads) and Kirtan (musical meditation).
Simple and easy (Meditation Kit is provided).
Everyone is welcome, no need to register.
