Part 1 - Gauranga Meditation
Gauranga meditation (or Gauranga breathing) is a simple mantra meditation technique you can practice on your own or with others. The transcendental sound will relieve you of stress and anxiety and help you taste inner satisfaction.
Part 2 - Japa
Japa consists of the soft chanting of spiritual sound vibrations using a japa mala (a set of beads). It is very effective because you are using your senses to engage in the practice. The sense of touch, hearing, and the working sense of speaking are all used, and these together help to focus the mind on the meditation practice.
Part 3 - Kirtan
Kirtan, or congregational chanting, is the topmost prescribed meditation method for the age we live in. This age is known as Kali Yuga and it is characterized by choas, quarrel, and confusion. Austere meditation practices are very difficult in this age, therefore we are given a practice that is easy and enjoyable.
